Capture with the client about the objective of the work and desired profile.

Identification of the professional and behavioral profile. Conducting an interview for profile validation.

The candidate considered most prepared and compatible with the vacancy  is offered the offer. After accepting the offer, we advise the selected candidate to send the necessary documentation and medical exams for admission.

The amount charged for recruitment and selection services is 70% of the salary offered for the vacancy

From 4 vacancies, regardless of the position, the discount will be consulted

SERVICE WARRANTY

Peopleplan guarantees the replacement of candidates

up to 60 days after the vacancy ends.

The replacement will be made for the same profile of the vacancy, if the candidate is disconnected from the company (regardless of the reason) within a period of up to 60 days after the vacancy is completed.

Peopleplan assumes responsibility for interviews and approvals, reviewing assessments according to the candidate's qualifications. This saves your company time by outsourcing the selection to a team of specialized professionals.
